The Health Center at Moselem Springs

Anchor Health Properties transformed the historic 15,000 SF Inn at Moselem Springs into a health center for Lehigh Valley Hospital & Health Network. The Health Center at Moselem Springs is a completely integrated medical facility with centralized registration for all services, as well as a state of the art electronic medical records system that tracks patients throughout the Lehigh Valley Hospital system. Moselem Springs was conceived so as to reduce space and cost, while expanding market share and meeting the strategic needs of the health system. One central waiting room is shared by all patients and served by one welcoming reception / registration area. Nine exam rooms are shared by all physicians who rotate through the health center, offering seamless care to the patient.

The Inn had, for many years, been a landmark and destination for fine dining, as well as family and community functions. The historic integrity of the building has been maintained through the preservation of crown moldings, exposed beams and fireplaces. A shed was constructed at the edge of the parking lot to accommodate local horse-drawn buggies of Amish and Mennonite visitors to the facility.

The Health Center at Moselem Springs opened in the Spring of 2011 and has volumes exceeding the first year projections.
