Mercy Wellness Center

Located in the Eastwick section of southwest Philadelphia, with easy access to Interstates 95 and 76, the Mercy Wellness Center at Eastwick was developed by Anchor Health Properties to provide Mercy Health System with a state-of-the-art building for the delivery of their full range of outpatient services. This strategically located facility achieved Mercy’s goal of strengthening its position in the market.

Mercy’s welcome center and public waiting area are located on the ground level, which also includes a dramatic two-story atrium. Mercy occupies approximately 90% of the building, with other healthcare, commercial and community services, including a daycare center, located in the balance of the space.
