Hamburg Community Health Center

Needing new and larger offices for its primary care physicians in Hamburg, Pennsylvania, Lehigh Valley Hospital asked Anchor Health Properties to develop a community health center that would provide local residents convenient, one-stop shopping for their family medicine, diagnostic testing and certain specialty care needs.

Anchor identified and acquired a strategically located site – easily accessible from the local community as well as a larger region through its proximity to Route 61 – and developed an outpatient center, acclaimed by physicians, staff, patients and other visitors. The exterior of the building was carefully designed to seamlessly meld into the neighborhood community, while the interior welcomes patients and visitors with a comfortable décor, child waiting area, and expansive welcome desk. This facility has truly become a community centerpiece.
