Florence Medical Office Building

The 53,000 SF St. Elizabeth Florence Medical Office Building is strategically located in a growing market, conveniently located directly off Interstate 71/75 on the Florence, Kentucky campus of St. Elizabeth Healthcare. The hospital campus is easily accessible and is very visible. The building was constructed in 2005 and has excellent connectivity to the hospital building’s newly renovated Outpatient Entrance, creating a one-stop shop for outpatient services in Florence. The Florence MOB is one of Anchor Health Properties’ value-added acquisitions. Anchor purchased the building in November 2010 and in less than one year, our team took a building that was less than seventy five percent occupied to fully leased. The increased leasing interest in this building since Anchor’s acquisition has necessitated planning for an expansion, scheduled to open in 2013.
