Pavilion at Doylestown Hospital

In need of an on-campus Medical Office Building, Doylestown Hospital management and physicians worked with Anchor Health Properties to create a facility that would include high-quality medical office space with hospital services in a setting convenient to both patients and doctors.

Ninety percent of physician tenants and the hospital invested in the limited partnership that owns the building. The partnership achieved its targeted year 1 return on investment.

The new building connects to the hospital with a second-floor skyway for easy access at all times of year. Polished, yet casual, décor and artworks by local artists welcome patients, who can also view an arboretum and duck pond from the building’s
windows.
