Pavilion at Doylestown Hospital

In need of an on-campus Medical Office Building, Doylestown Hospital management and physicians worked with Anchor Health Properties to create a facility that would include high-quality medical office space with hospital services in a setting convenient to both patients and doctors.
Ninety percent of physician tenants and the hospital invested in the limited partnership that owns the building. The partnership has exceeded its targeted return on investment each year since the building’s opening.
The building connects to the hospital with a second-floor skyway for easy access at all times of year. Polished, yet casual, décor and artwork by local artists welcome patients, who can also view an arboretum and duck pond from the building’s
windows.
As a result of the success of this project, Anchor developed an expansion to the existing Pavilion. A major component of this 35,000 SF expansion is a cancer center that is operated jointly by the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Doylestown Hospital. Programmatic elements of the cancer services include a linear accelerator, 20 open infusion bays, 5 private infusion bays, full-service diagnostic imaging and complementary retail specializing in prosthesis, hair pieces, wraps and other amenities.
The expansion has an impressive two-story glass entrance lobby that floods the building with natural light. The Pavilion offers valet parking at both entrances for the convenience of patients and is easily accessible from the hospital building.
