St. Elizabeth Covington

St. Elizabeth Medical Center is moving all of its outpatient services and its emergency department from an outdated hospital campus in Covington, Kentucky to a leading-edge ambulatory project with access in Covington directly off of I-71/75, just south of the Ohio River Bridge into Cincinnati. Anchor Health Properties is developing this 120,000 SF facility which will include 55,000 SF on the first floor for St. Elizabeth. The hospital’s services have been designed to be as efficient as possible with sharing of waiting and many back-of-house functions, while at the same time creating an ambience of relaxation and comfort. The upper two floors will have complementary physicians including a major primary care group. The unique location of the site and introduction of this state-of-the-art facility will serve not only as a “Gateway to Health” but also as a “Gateway” to the City of Covington.
