St. Elizabeth Covington

In August 2009, St. Elizabeth Medical Center moved all of its outpatient services and its emergency department from an outdated hospital campus in Covington, Kentucky to a cutting-edge ambulatory project with access in Covington directly off of I-71/75, just south of the Ohio River Bridge into Cincinnati.

Anchor Health Properties developed this 120,000 SF facility which includes 55,000 SF on the first floor for St. Elizabeth. The hospital services were designed to be as efficient as possible, with sharing of waiting and many back-of-house functions, while at the same time creating an ambience of relaxation and comfort for patients and visitors. At project completion, the first floor was sold to St. Elizabeth's as a condominium unit. Anchor retained ownership to the second and third floors, which have been leased to physicians.
