Kurt Hutter

Kurt Hutter is Development Director for Anchor Health Properties, responsible for managing all aspects of the development process. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hutter spent eight years with Orleans Homebuilders, as Division Manager of that company’s Charlotte, North Carolina office and, earlier, as its’ Director of Development in the Greater Philadelphia area. His professional experience also includes eight years of civil/environmental engineering and construction management in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Hutter received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Drexel University.
