The founders of Anchor Health Properties, Lou Sachs and Paula Crowley, began their development careers at The Rouse Company of Columbia, Maryland. After leaving Rouse in 1985, Mr. Sachs and Ms. Crowley formed the firm which has become Anchor Health Properties - a development company uniquely suited to the changing needs of the healthcare consumer.
