Flexible Ownership Structures
We are unique to our industry. We are not simply program managers or development consultants. We are fully prepared to take the development risk, as owner, and to lease space in the project to the healthcare provider.
Under this structure, the provider may, during its lease term, purchase the project at previously established prices. Where a healthcare provider desires to share in the ownership of a project, we can form a partnership or other similar arrangement for that purpose, and include physician tenants as project owners, too. And where a provider prefers to assume the development risk—furnishing the capital and owning the project itself—Anchor will deliver its full-service package of planning, development and construction management services on a fee basis, treating every project dollar as if it were from our own pocket. That is the only way we know how to do business.
